JAMES KLEINFELDER

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Dr. Kleinfelder earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University. After graduating, he moved to Manhattan in 2018 to complete a residency in general practice at New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell.
Dr. Kleinfelder came to Madison Dental Group in July 2020 and is committed to providing compassionate care and building personal connections with his patients. He strives to create a relaxed, transparent environment where patients can feel comfortable and confident in the care they receive. Whether you’re looking for preventive care, cosmetic improvements such as veneers, or restorative treatments, Dr. Kleinfelder is committed to making every visit worthwhile and rewarding.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kleinfelder enjoys traveling with his husband (most recently to Hawaii), staying active through exercise, and reading. He and his husband are expecting their first child in January 2025.

Dr. Kristin Harrison is a dedicated and compassionate dentist who combines expertise and a personal touch to provide exceptional care. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina- Go Gamecocks! - followed by her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Dr. Harrison further honed her skills through a General Practice Residency at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan, where she served as a Clinical Instructor, mentoring new residents in General Dentistry.
At Madison Dental Group, Dr. Harrison provides a wide range of dental services to a diverse patient community. Her patient-focused approach emphasizes preventive care, current health practices, and achieving beautiful, confident smiles. Her passion for connecting with patients reflects her deep love for the field of dentistry.
Outside of work, Dr. Harrison cherishes time with her 3-year-old daughter, Miles, and their dog, Sadie. Together, they enjoy creative art projects and adventures. She’s also learning to play the banjo, embracing the joy of mastering a new skill. A proud Auburn, Alabama native, Dr. Harrison enthusiastically supports the Auburn Tigers—War Eagle!

Dr. Levine has over 25 years experience at the Madison Dental Group.
Dr. Levine believes: "Creating and maintaining healthy, attractive smiles for all my patients is an exciting part of providing quality dentistry."; Dr. Levine graduated in 1993 with his D.D.S. degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He received his B.A. degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989. He received his advanced residency training in General Practice from St. Luke - Roosevelt Hospital in New York in June of 1994.
Dr. Levine joined the Madison Dental Group in 1995. Dr. Levine practice philosophy has always involved making his patients aware of the different treatment options available to them. Dentistry has changed dramatically over the past 10 years and patients now have a variety of treatment choices based on their needs. He now restores teeth while preserving more tooth structure utilizing advanced techniques in adhesive dentistry. Dr. Levine can perform a wide range of cosmetic and restorative procedures with a particular interest in implant and full coverage porcelain crowns. He utilizes the latest in advanced dentistry techniques and continually keeps updated on any changes the dental landscape. He attends several Continuing Education courses each year.
Dr. Levine enjoys travel with his wife. They love going to the movies and attending Broadway shows. He has 2 grown sons.

Dr. Jing Chen is a native New Yorker who studied Integrative Neuroscience at SUNY Binghamton before obtaining her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry. She completed her residency at Brooklyn Veterans Affair Medical Center with a concentration in fixed prosthodontics. She combines her passion for art and science to help each patient build long lasting smiles.
Dr. Chen is a compassionate dentist who enjoys connecting with her patients and providing personalized comprehensive dental care. When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Chen enjoys traveling, skiing, reading and cooking.

DANIELLE VOORHEES

Dr. Danielle Voorhees graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. Inspired by her childhood dentist, she obtained a post-baccalaureate pre-dental certificate from Brandeis University and then earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Voorhees completed a General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where she received advanced training in fixed prosthodontics, implantology and pediatric dentistry. Dr. Voorhees is a compassionate dentist who emphasizes preventive oral health. She strives to connect closely with every one of her patients in order to address each concern with a personalized treatment plan. She cannot wait to help you achieve the smile of your dreams. Dr. Voorhees has a passion for traveling and has visited over 40 countries. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and her dog, Rufus. She is expecting her first child this Spring.

ANCA BAZILE,

Dr Anca Bazile has been at the forefront of surgical periodontics and dental implantology for the past 25 years. Since completing her specialty masters in periodontics at Case Western Reserve University in 2000, she has taught at NYU’s department of Implant Dentistry for over ten years, lectured nationally and internationally, and has been active in private practice. Dr Bazile’s main focus is to provide patients with the most predictable and efficient results that will streamline them to become periodontally healthy and integrate seamlessly with the restorative team at the Madison Dental Group.
Dr Bazile’s main practice includes surgical placement of dental implants, advanced bone grafting, soft tissue grafting, extractions/wisdom teeth extractions, comprehensive treatment of periodontal disease. Dr Bazile has been at the Madison Dental Group since graduating dental school from the University at Buffalo in 1994. She was at first a general dentist, which later gave her an edge into comprehensively diagnosing and treatment planning complex cases involving advanced periodontal disease and implant supported restorations.

HEATHER KUNEN,

Dr. Heather Kunen is our in-house Orthodontist. She’s a New York native, having grown up here in the heart of the city. Dr. Kunen went to the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in Behavioral Neurobiology. Following the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Kunen attended NYU College of Dentistry, followed by Columbia University to attain her specialty in Orthodontics as well her Masters of Science.
Dr. Kunen has a true passion for her work, as her main focus is to help her patients feel confident in how they portray themselves to the world through their smiles. Dr. Kunen specializes in orthodontic treatment for both children and adults, and offers a range of treatment modalities from interventional appliances (like palate expanders, headgear, etc.), traditional braces, and Invisalign depending on the patient's needs. She is an Invisalign specialist and a top 1% Invisalign provider in the country (and even appeared in their commercial!). Dr. Kunen prides herself in working closely with each patient in order to address each patient’s unique concerns and to achieve great results.
